Chu-Siang, Su challenged 48 hours to bike Taiwan by using sickle crank-Super 56/39
Power curved crank 56/39T , popular name is sickle crank-bike Taiwan in 2 days was my first time to use it. This crank was automatically to raise RPM on plain road by using 56T but it still needed to depend on your physical condition and controlled the rpm not go too high otherwise heart beat couldn't bear it. The crank was curved on certain degree and added weight , so it passed through the upper and lower dead point was very fast . It was good for people to make circular motion smoothly and to experience the rotation. The bike I rode was heavy and this crank was also little heavier so I couldn't feel effort saving while climbing ,but it could enhance leg strength. Who has strong leg strength or good pedaling skill, it may be different advantage ---improved pedaling efficiency ; get effort saving on plain road and ride farther ; if you have good physical condition and leg strength , it could raise rpm and easy to speed-up while dancing and climbing ; it is also good to use on TT racing disadvantage --- it's weight is little heavier ,so the people who wants to reduce his bike weight may not fit The above was just my experience not an advertisement .
Depending on people's ability and pedaling way, the result may be little
different

Mr. Du, the High-end mechanical technology R&D, tuned up his bike by using power curved M5 at
Guanxi Michael bike shop. He praised the circular motion of crank is very smooth and it really do not have
upper lower dead center He also asked doest it make in Taiwan (Mr. Du could tell the difference
of tolerance within 0.1mm vision. That is amazing.

Campy user Mr. Stone tuned up his bike by using R7-BF-56/42 instead of original Campy Chorus
photoed at HANKERS bike shop. He said pedaling  56/42 is much easier than  original 53/39 gears.
Mr. Stone "best love - STEVENS" !! Cool ! ,right!
He used to stop 2~3 times to go up the Fong-Guei-Zuei by straight cranks with 39T,
but now using 42T gear goes up without stop
Mr. Stone with his best love!
The owner of Shop Hankers Mr. Lee with his BASSADOR.
He said it would have multiple effect ,if uses clipless pedals
Mr. Wu , the owner of Michael bike shop ,tuned up his MTB by using power curved crank M5-SM
48/36/26---It is much easier than original 44T gear !
The acceleration is faster than road bike’s while ride up slops and whole   riding distance is 60km.His plantar , ankle and knee soreness won't
feel sore and numb as usual after riding. Mr. Wu said the more he rides the
   more he likes it !
The rider his foot injured and inserted with a nail who cruised Beiyi highway + coastal highway totally 230km by using power curved crank R6-BM set 56/42/32
and said it was very easy to pedal .He also was  happy and excited to say 「I’m surprised feet won’t
sore and  numb」 installation by BIKER bike shop

Mr. Wu ,72 years old, tuned up R5-BM 56/42/32T curved crank to participate Merida's road racing ,
easily past several youth riders while run up slops. Now his MTB also installed M6-BM
Mr. Cheng used curved crankR7-BF(56/42/32T) participated in this 100K racing.
"I almost used 56T in racing except of slops , very fast !it's a good ride!legs didn't feel cramp" he said
●Taitung Apple club's rider Mr. Victor wrote down his riding experience (sickle cranks with 56/39gears) on Ms. Wu' Face book
2012 January 18th Apple club event--South Cross-Island Highway 50km Riding dorcus road bike with sickle crank first grade participated in this event. During the riding no matter what slopes gentle or steep, sickle cranks could fully bring its efficiency out. Besides same pedaling force , its speed is much faster than the others'. After arrived the end , I found out that I was far ahead of the others, so unfortunately my riding appearance didn't be taken by our cameraman, what a shame……Next time I will slow down
Shop owner said the speed was very fast by using power curved crank!

Got this new product was in the Saturday afternoon before Sunday' group-ride.
This product got my attention since 3 years ago and finally reached.
Immediately installed to my ELEMENTE and test it on Sunday group-ride.
So far I don't quite understand the theory but this crank speed-up is good.
I will test more then decide to purchase or not. By the way, the manufacturer had did several test from e-bikes , pro-riders and its efficiency was proved.
Because torque increasing a lot , its BB shaft designed specially and the structure of crank arm is a little heavier. A professor said it used the gravity off the center to get boomerang effect.
If this crank got well-know ,it might increase incredible thing by this new technology 56x42T 172.5mm Price and selling day not decide yet

P.S. I checked the technology data again and proved the gravity off the center would raise rotation efficiency.
Crank's weight is also necessary to raise rotation .
Next time I want to raise cadence to ride. It' outer gear is 56T, well, what will happen .
I am quite exciting 。

1.My elder son said
Q-facter(distance between two pedals) is so big and he felt bad with touch of crank to his ankle..
Crank is too soft to use for professional road race.
Test riders' voices
He did not feel 56 is too big!
Every one who did test ride said the same thing.
Amazing!!
To ride by Dancing, I feel so comfortable.
I feel almost same compared from ordinary compact gear(50/34T)
From 0 degree I felt more torque by curved crank
To look at it is not so cool, but after I test ride this is the great one!
I decided to switch crank as soon as possible.
2.My younger son said
If he feels good with curved crank, he will use for Japanese championship Time Trial this year!
3.Pedal hole screw
A screw hole of pedal is inaccurate. It is hard to change pedals.
To screw in or out pedals is not so smooth, some customer felt that accuracy of screw hole processing quality is poor.
You need to finish holes carefully about processing of finish.
4.Black crank is cooler than silver one.
Every one likes black.
5.Price
Price is too cheap.
Japanese believes expensive one is better.
Guess how much?
Most of them said, US $500 or more?
Japanese thinks 22000yen is too cheap, cheap one is not high quality.

Response
1.Regarding Q-factor
Curved crank's q-factor is 1cm wider than straights' crank(one side). In fact the pelvis, knee and feet on the straight line is the best for pedaling (more powerful), but limited to the bicycle design nowadays, so q-factor is designed just little wider. It not only pedals easily but saves your knee hurt. Many cyclists usually hurt their knees due to the knee too close the top tube and q-factor too short. Short q-factor and narrow your knee could reduce air resistance or more powerful , it is superstition. Enclosed an article and website for your reference

2.Regarding pedal hole
Our parts and parts' connection is using high coupling or close contact standard to prevent stripped thread when it replace from time to time, so it would tide while first install.
