Road Test

  Chiayi bicycle shop used road crank(56/42T) went up Ban Tian Yan and the efficiency increased 20%
    Ower Tsai installed curved crank R5-BM-2(56/42T)
Gears'changing is as fast as Int'l first grade gears. He went up Ban Tian Yan twice to test and speed both faster 20% than his straight cranks!
  ●Giant Jhong-He Jing Pina 652 club ---ghost master was succeeded in cursing not less
  than 50km/h by MTB .
    Ghost mater magnified 48T to 56T gear on his Jango and was succeed to run.
It increased 33% pedaling force by using dpardo power curved crank.
Pedaling 56T gear is as easy 48T, He succeed in cursing less than 50 km/h by MTB.
 
●Taichuang ultra-dimension bike shop owner Mr. Ho got 15 minutes faster than his record by using power covered crank and whole riding distance is 60km through country road 139.
    1. Riding course: south area of Taichuang till Fengshan temple of Changhwa(country road 139)
      Total distance :60km, including 12km sloping road
    2. Average speed for road
      Curved crank(56/42):41-42 km/h straight crank(50/34):36-38km/h
    3. Average speed for slops
      Curved crank(56/42):12-15 km/h straight crank(50/34):above 12km/h
 
●The riding experience from Chinese rider and he remodeled his MTB with Super 6-BM 56/42/32T gears –pedaling 56T gear is much easier than his original 44T
    1. After magnifying 44T gear to 56T, its speed is obvious up and the consumption of the leg strength
      is approximately as same as usual.
      MTB is easy to reach 40/km/h on flat road
    2. I used to run front 44T and rear 15t or 17t while went up gentle slops and 20~26t for
      steep slops.
      But now using this patient crank with 56T, normally rear is 13t and even 11t is good
      enough . Running same steep slops at most uses 17T.
    3. The shop mechanic also tried on after installation and expressed this crank had good effect on
      effort saving and speed-up , easily to run slopes and won't feel muscle fatigue. In other words.
      It increases leg strength and endurance while cycling
    P.S. The above is my experience after riding around 100kg , the riding course is Songshan lake
    of Da Ling Shan Park in Dongguan

  Power curved crank- Magnifying gear ratio, the speed goes fast:
  Now we are testing with 55/42/30T gear. Pedaling feeling is still too light because the RPM goes too fast.
  We are going to test with 58/44/32T gear.
  The test of electric bicycle:
  The normal travel range is around 32~34km. By uning the power-curved cranks,which could
  reach to 38km. It's means the battary capabilties is extend to 4~6km without charge.

  The average speed increase 25 km to 27 km per hour with the fixed distance in daily practice
  It can increase 2%-3% efficiency by using Power Curved Crank than external bearing crank
  If use traditional straight crank to reach the average speed 27 km per hour, usually have to change
  very high level wheel
  Using the 175 mm curved crank , the feeling for pedaling liked the crank with 172.5 mm.
  The torque output increase obviously while racing on the road.
  It only took 2 hours by using power curved crank which is faster than the usually riding time 2.5 hours
  from Taoyuan to Taipei.
  It’s very easy to overtake a bike while hill climbing by pedaling hard in a very short time.
  The Revolution(s) Per Minute increases 3 RPM when climbing Tatun mountain(in Taiwan).
  The previous external bearing crank weight: 860G. The power Curved Crank Weight:
  1250G(including BB)
  The initial reflections of first week:
  The riding distance is 59.67 km back and force from Sanchih to Wanli and the total riding time is 2.13 hours.
  The torque output is obviously enlarged when riding.
  The average speed is increased 20km per hour to 27 km. by fixed distance test
  The Revolution(s) Per Minute increases from 90 RPM to 95 RPM.
  The curved crank’s side stiffness is excellent when curving in high speed. The other
  crank is soft.
  It’s very smooth to change speed by using hard anodizing chainrings.
  The average revolution(s) per minute increases from 63 RPM to 85 RPM when hill climbing(101 County
  Road, From Tamsui to Sanjhih).
